Any freshly washed clothes to go into the wardrobe, put them on the hangers inside out which is especially helpful when doing large end of season washes. You can tell at a glance which clothes still need to be dealt with. If you want to know how often a garment has been worn, place a plastic bread bag sealer on the neck of the hanger each time.
